Cinnamon Waste Material as Feedstock for the Microbial Production of Carotenoids

Good news for #circulareconomy! According to a study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Cinnamon waste material could be used to produce carotenoids and high-value molecules for the food, feed, dye, and cosmetic sectors. We are proud to have collaborated in this research project.
